Our installation professionals will:

• Pre-tv installation phone survey to review actual work to be performed and to confirm installation appointment
• A pre-tv installation site survey upon the installers arrival at your home will be completed and if applicable,any additional charges will be quoted and approved prior to the start of the job
  
• Secure mounting bracket to a wall (TV wall mount not included but available)
• Mount and secure your Plasma TV (32" and up) to the tv wall mount
• Connect the TV power cord to an existing AC power outlet (power cord may not be installed in wall, installation of electrical outlet behind TV location highly recommended)
• Attach and conceal customer-supplied cables from the TV to nearby tuner, A/V source components or cable connection by routing up to 12 feet of cable hiding through wall
• Utilizing installer provided matching or paint-able track molding,
• if the wall has inadequate access for standard wall fishing.
  
• Basic equipment connections included
  
• Programming of up to two non-learning remotes to operate connected components
  
• Clean up work area,including removing any packaging from your home
• Demonstrate operation of your flat-panel TV and components
• One year labor warranty from our Certified Installers
• Please allow five days from your date of purchase for Installation

The following are not included with this service:

• Moving, alteration or installation of electrical outlets
• Speaker mounting on wall or in wall
• Programming of universal-type learning remote
• Additional holes drilled, wires hidden within walls or any type of custom in-wall wiring (beyond the concealed wiring between flat-panel TV and nearby source components, described in detail above)
