Refund Policy- Out of Stock Policy
Refund/Return Policy
All products sold by Trendsetters Installs. are sold with, to the extent that
such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited
warranty.
Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and
transferability varies by manufacturer and product. All returns require a
Return Goods Authorization signed by an authorized Trendsetters Installs
representative.
Please call a Trendsetters Installs customer service representative at 727-254-4140 for an RA number. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. RAs
are effective for 60 days only.
The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all
products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is
not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or
RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in
resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All
original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.
All returns must be returned to Trendsetters Installs with freight PREPAID.
Damaged and defective product replacements will be sent with no freight expense
to the customer.
All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee within 90 days of
purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original
packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
Defective product can be returned to Trendsetters Installs within 30 days of
sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer,
under the specific warranty allowances.
Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, Trendsetters Installs will refund
the customer
for merchandise costs. No cash
refunds will be allowed. Refund will be issued for the amount paid on the
original invoice.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installation
services that are returned prior to the installation appointment date will
be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Installation Services
- Please
check products for damage before signing shipping receipt.
- Returns
will not be accepted 90 days after sale, regardless of reason.

Out of Stock Policy
- The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our
stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock
that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold
and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified
as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and
ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
- Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock
does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you
order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock.
We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we
have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers
you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address
and phone number.
- Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been
released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web
site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved
with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also
request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let
you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised
that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.
- Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for
purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will
be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again,
most items ship within 2 weeks.
